CDL, Hong Leong unit snap up Amber Park for $906.7m, setting new record for freehold property sold en bloc
The renowned developers of CDL and Hong Realty have jointly purchased the District 15 condo of Amber Park at $906.7 million. This sale price translates to a land rate of about $1,515 per square feet per plot ratio (psf ppr).
The new project will retain its old name of Amber Park.
Chan Soo Khian, of SCDA Architects, will be appointed by the developers to be the architect of the new development.
