Parkway Mansion sold for $146.99mil to Sustained Land-led consortium

Parkway Mansion has been sold to Sustained Land Pte Ltd at the land rate of $1,536 per square foot per plot ratio ($ psf ppr).

The transacted sale price of $1,536 psf ppr for Parkway Mansion was higher than the owners’ guide price and exceeded the prices of recent collective sales of freehold projects in the vicinity – Amber Park ($1,515 psf ppr), The Albracca ($1,409 psf ppr) and the low-rise development of Nanak Mansions ($1,429 psf ppr).
